Roles and Responsibilities

Inbound calls
Maintaining average handling time without affecting call quality
Logging all calls in the system
Routing the tickets to level 2, server and application team where ever required
Following the predefined procedure

Interns Development

The intern will be in charge to work as a Service Desk Analyst and resolve the IT related issues faced by the end users of the respective application, reported via phone, email and web.
