Roles and Responsibilities

The Associate Account Manager position is for those interested in broad-based client management with significant room for growth and development. Through this program, Collabera provides the tools needed to prepare AAMs to move into more advanced roles. Associates must formulate and implement innovative and realistic strategies which cater to and anticipate the needs of their clients. Each phase of the program is closely monitored to ensure that AAMs uphold Collabera’s standards of excellence.

Interns Development

Establishing and developing good business relationships with clients

Making recommendations to clients and assisting them in their upcoming projects

Work closely with Recruitment, Finance, and Employee Relations Teams to address clients’ issues

Consulting with clients on opportunities

Preparing for, facilitating, and documenting meetings

Attending client conference calls and meetings Maintain and update a variety of reports
