Roles and Responsibilities
understanding and deep knowledge of the IT processes and application architecture
Work to identify, document and deliver IT solutions that enable and deliver business value
Work with business key users in updated or creating books of procedures
Support and represent the delivery of applications.
Work with external suppliers of IT solutions to ensure Electrolux receives the best support standardization of the IT application and technical infrastructure
Proactively work with the Central IT teams to Design and deliver workplace training to end- users User support on Outlook and O365 suite, local applications and Group applications
Propose and establish efficient reporting on incidents across France and BeNeLux clusters User Administration of local applications when required
Primarily consist of assisting the IT Business Relationship.Manager in his day to day activity.Analyzing the business needs and to identify business problems and/or process gaps, and proposing solutions in alignment with Electrolux IT standards and application strategy He or she typically performs a liaison function between end users, the central and local IT organization and/or external service providers.
