The vision of the Traineeship is to be exposed to operational HR Work and strategic HR Projects. Therefore, the HR Trainee will be located at a full operational site to be able to be exposed to the daily tasks in the role of the HR Representative either from the country of location or from other HR sites within the domain of the HRBP. The HR Trainee will learn all HR Activities in the HR Calendar of a global company.
