In OGX, you get to:

    Our Recruitment Timeline

    1) Info Session

    Meet and hear from our current AIESECers about their AIESEC experience & ask them any questions which you may have!

    2) Assessment Center

    Engage in team-based tasks, learn more about what AIESEC is about and meet your future AIESECer friends!

    3) Interviews

    Once you've passed the Assessment Center, we will proceed with a short conversation to get to know you better!

    4) Induction

    You are now officially an AIESECer! Get onboarded and meet your fellow AIESECers through an exciting and enriching induction camp!

    How Long is the Minimum Commitment time Period?

    To experience the full AIESEC experience, members are required to commit to AIESEC for a minimum period of 1 year.

    What is the Level of Commitment Required?

    Generally, we require a minimum commitment of 8-10 hours per week but may vary depending on the timeline and workload of each department. Feel free to speak to our members during our info session for greater detail on the level of commitment of each department.

    Can I join AIESEC despite having other CCAs and commitments?

    Yes, of course! As long as you are between the age of 18 to 30 and have a desire to develop yourself, we will be glad to have you with us!

    Does AIESEC count as a CCA in my School?

    For NUS, NTU, SMU and SIM - yes, we are officially registered as a CCA in these schools.

    Can I join AIESEC despite having other CCAs and commitments?

    Yes, of course! As long as you understand and are able to commit to our minimum level of commitment, we welcome anyone to join!

    What are assessment centres(AC)? Are they difficult to pass?

    Through AC, we hope that we will be able to understand you as a person, your working style and how you work in a team. During AC, you will be exposed to a couple of tasks and get a chance to try out the job duties of some of our departments. Don’t worry too much about it, just be yourself and you will be fine 🙂
